You asked, I answered
The staff shine with their assistance and cute nature. The location is unbeatable-just a short stroll to essential shops, restaurants, and iconic tourist attractions. The breakfast options left much to be desired, lacking variety and adequate warmth. Cleanliness should be a priority for improvement.

Good location but a little noisy due to the road thru hotel. Nice breakfast. About 5 mins walk to Sultanahmet Mosque and Hagia Sophia.

I loved the Ottoman style decoration that added a unique ambiance to my stay. The staff were attentive, especially Ramazan, who provided excellent customer service and offered great insights on local attractions. The Turkish breakfast variety was an authentic delight.

Good location near to a street full of nice restaurants. The most important sights in Sultanahmet are also very close; you just have to walk 10 minutes uphill. Good breakfast buffet.
Rather noisy. Sometimes no heated water - or water at all. The hotel is located in a bit back street.

Hotel is designed excellent in a boutique style. Location is good in the heart of old Istanbul and near the historic place, but far from the public transport. specially for us who have a child in a baby carriage. Breakfast was good but variety of goods was not so much. Staff was very kind specially the desk manager Mr.Dogruyol.
Room service should be done completely . For example the counterpanes were not set everyday.

It was just an optimal selection for a fleeting moment in Istanbul with good value considering the price it charged. The staff went out of their way to serve us a good breakfast buffet, made our mornings special. Try to ask for a room in the main building for easier access.

During our stay in Aruna Boutique Hotel we liked the room, though small, was warm, beautiful and functional. Located close to all sites we wanted to visit and the breakfast was good.
The cleaning of the room could be much better.
